Pain in lower back and abdomen?

I'm a 16 year old girl and for the past few days I've been having a sharp pain in my lower abdomen... I'm not sure if it's my ovaries, cervix, or uterus. I also have it in my lower back, but not as sharp. I was thinking maybe it's a ruptured cyst because of the pain. Sometimes the pain will stop and sometimes it's more ongoing. I really don't feel comfortable going to the gynecologist and having my area checked out. What do you think it is? And do you think it's very serious or will it just eventually go away? Oh, and I haven't seemed to have any time of discharge. Please, only serious answers... I'm pretty scared and I don't want someone to answer just so they can scare me. Please know what you're talking about. Thanks so much!!
