Can this be ovarian cancer?

I'm 15, and for the past couple months i've had major abdominal pains. When i roll over in bed i get a sharp pain that lasts for about a minute. Today I laughed with a friend and it hurt so bad that i was on the ground for 10 minutes. There appears to be a firm bump on my stomach, but i'm not sure if i'm seeing things. I've also been exhausted lately, if that means anything. Should I see a doctor? Is this ovarian cancer?
