Somethings not right with my body?

Well to begin with my periods been all screwed up the last few months, i have an ulcer, i have vaginal discharge that is brown and acidic almost but not a lot only a little, but its been happeneing every day for a couple weeks. Pelvic pain mainly right side. Like all of the sudden i will have a sharp shooting pain there or sometimes jusyba dull ache. I have had heartburn off and on whichbi absolutely never get. Something jusy isn't right. Not prego either btw. Any thoughts serious answers please
