Anyone ever experience this? I need help. Guess it's not due from pregnancy. Confused now.?

My fallopian tubes are swollen. On both sides. And I have a sharp pain that bothers me when I begin to walk on the left side? I thought I was pregnant for about 4 weeks comet find out I wasn't? I don't know what's going on? Please help.
