Can't find work for two years--how do I sell online the beautiful jewelry that I make?!?

I am looking for people who market their own businesses on the web as a livelihood as I am faced with working from home due to not being able to find a job. I tried to put together a website once before but it didn't work out and I gave up on it. How do I create one? Are there any REALLY GOOD website companies that I can use? I am cash-strapped and need to find one that is very inexpensive and will handle the management of my site for me. Is there anything like this even available?
