Have I got a duty to end a friend's livelihood on account of his actions in London over the weekend?

Thats a tough one. My gut feeling would be to mind my own business but if you feel the need to see justice done then speak to the police. I don't think you should tell his dad - makes you sound like a small child and a bit nasty, Hope you get the help you need here.
