HELP!!! I think i need stitches?

Ok i was playing this pass out game and i pass out and hit a sharp objecy HARD i have a cm long gash on my head and IT WILL NOT STOP BLEEDING. DO i need to go to hospital? p.s no head trauma or cuncussion
