I think my tampon is stuck?

I'm on my period, and I think I have a stuck tampon. I'm pretty sure I put one in last night and slept with it in. I tried like, searching for it and I thought I found it but now I'm not sure. It feels like I found the very bottom half but it doesn't feel like it has a string, and at first I thought maybe it was lodged in my cervix, but when I think about it, I'm not fully sure I even put a tampon in to begin with. I'm still bleeding normally and I don't feel anything. Is the "bottom half" of therampon even a tampon, or is it just my cervix? Thanks.
