It hurts when I pee...?

It's not a burning feeling at all. Today, I've had the inability to successfully pee. This has never happened before so I'm freaking out. I'm not sexually active, nor have I ever been. What happens is, a little bit comes out and when I'm done getting out the little bit that comes out I have a sharp pain in my...this is slightly embarrassing...clitoris. What could it be, and what can I do? Please help me!!
