My right ball hurts sometimes when i have an orgasm.?

When i have a orgasm sometimes my right ball starts to hurt during the orgasm...and now sometimes for no reason i will get this sharp pain in my right ball for no reason...its been like this for a good year now..and im kinda worried about it. and im concerned that i might not be able to have kids...i don't have insurance just yet but i am working on it..please someone tell me whats going on...and when i have an orgasm the pain is sharp as well.
