My sister is creating lot of problems.?

She needs to grow up! If i were her parent, i would definately initiate some tough love by cutting her off. Maybe buy her food or other necessities, but never hand out money. She needs to learn to do things on her own, and i dont think that will happen if she knows mommy and daddy will always give her what she wants.
