Are Exec's from Tokyo Electric Co, who have profited most from Dai-ichi Nuclear plant, anywhere near it now?

Or do the execs only profit when from allowing harmful and dangerous industry's to exist, while it is primarily, "actual working people," who really suffer the disasterous consequences and fall-out (in this case, quite literally) and pay for the clean-up, by being exposed to radiation and by actually shortening their lives, and having livelihoods destroyed.
