How much should I expect to spend on my trip to Israel, West Bank, and Jordan?

I will be in Israel for one month, and then stay in the West Bank for about three days and Jordan for about six days. I am traveling alone. While I am in Israel, my lodging is covered. I plan to do couchsurfing for my stay in the West Bank and Jordan. If that doesn't work out, I will stay at a hostel. I plan to visit all of the major touristic sites in each of the places. I am comfortable with eating and traveling on a budget. I also need to calculate how much it will cost for all of my transportation around each location, as well as from one location to the next (i.e., Israel to West Bank, then to Jordan). Please help me figure out a breakdown of cost for food, lodging, transportation, and spending money. Thank you!
