Pain on my left side? Please help me :(?

Why are both of my fallopian tubes swollen? I also have a sharp pain on the left side when I begin to walk, I thought I was pregnant for like 4 weeks, come to find out it was a false alarm 2 weeks ago thanks to the doctor, but I don't understand. Please help!
