Throat problems? Feeling like a lump?

About 2 days ago my right tonsil was irriated and had a hard time swallowing and it hurt. Now when I woke up this morning, near my trachea it feelings like a lump or I have a hard time swallowing or like a piece of food lodged in my throat. I know its not food, idk if had something to do with my tonsil being swollen
