I have bumps on my vagina, burning pee & sharp pains the doc said bacterial vaginosis. Could it be more? ?

You definitly have signs of genital herpes. Unfortunatly it cannot be cured but it can be treated. The painful blisters are the most common signs but some who have herpes may not show blisters or any physical signs so that's how you must have contracted it.
