What is the best resort/hotel to stay at on Isla Mujeres in Mexico?

My family (2 adults, 2 children who will be aged 19 and 15) are looking to go next summer. We would like to stay within walking distance of town and have things to do at the resort, but be on the beach and have comfortable (but hopefully not too expensive) lodging. There are several hotels, any ideas on which to choose?
